Overview
Generates a web app manifest, registers a service worker that caches assets and rendered pages using a stale-while-revalidate strategy, and adds full offline installation support.
Installation
docmd add pwa
Install via the docmd CLI, then enable under plugins.pwa in docmd.config.json.
